This vocabulary represent workers and their skills/knowledge/abilities. As a worker can have a given skill/knowledge/ability at a certain level, the concept ail:WorkerCapacity is created to allow the modelling of such an n-ary relation.
The same principle is applied to indicate an occupation requirement, that is an occupation might requiere different skills at different levels. For modelling this, the concept ail:OccupationRequirement is included.
The workers capacities level or the occupation requirements could be expressed in terms of education level, work experience or training level. To model this information the skos:Concept class has been resued in order to express each particular level with an instance of skos:Concept. Each concept will belong to a skos:ConceptScheme.Workers might have worker styles and values.
Occupations might might involve tasks and they could involve the use of specific tools.
Finally, the vocabulary also represent courses and their relation with the skills they enable and the organizatio offering them.
